Merchant Line
Piece rate manufacturing and pricing inside MTI’s factory using common manufacturing resource on SMT, Wafer Processing, or any other Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing Services.
In-House Subcontracting
Provision of manufacturing support inside the customer’s facility where MTI will provide the direct/indirect labor, engineering/technical support, management/supervision. MTI can also provide some of the common machines/equipment/jigs/fixtures and depending on the arrangement we can also provide some direct and indirect materials.
Captive Line Arrangement
MTI can provide a Captive Line for the customer inside or outside MTI’s facility:
-- Dedicated facility - cleanroom / non-cleanroom, utilities, communication
-- Dedicated organization - highly technical english-speaking direct labor, management and staff
-- Common machines / equipment / tools
Joint Venture Arrangement
MTI is willing to explore to invest with the customer on a manufacturing facility or business venture that will support their needs.
Manufacturing Technology Collaboration
MTI is willing to collaborate with our Customers to provide them with the necessary manufacturing, service, and test support for the following:
• Burn-in boards and test boards assembly – low volume high mix
• Power modules
• Hybrid IC
• MeMs manufacturing
• IoT (Internet of Things) : RF modules – Blue Tooth devices
• Laser Cutting / Marking applications
-- Ongoing Research and Development to replace the wafer saw process with laser cutting
-- Solar panel and glass cutting and marking
-- PCB and substrates cutting
• Any other processes or assemblies that will suit their needs
Captive Line Arrangement
MTI will provide a Dedicated Facility manned by an independent and Exclusive Organization for the customer. The customer can treat this facility as one of its extension site outside of their home country.
